Presby system with pump chamber. Excavate for 1500 gallon septic tank and 1000 gallon pump chamber. Install ¾ stone base to ensure good base.
Pump and pump chamber installed due to a raised leach field because of very high water table. Install 4” pipe from house into the inlet of septic tank. Pipe from septic tank to pump chamber. And from the pump is a 2” pipe that goes into the distribution box which lets the liquids into the leach field.
Next step is to excavate for the leach field down to gravel removing loam. We then hauled in over 30 loads of title 5 sand to where the liquids will leach into
Install Presby pipe which is a corrugated perforated pipe that is enclosed into a filter sock. We then place these pipes per the engineers elevates, stake them to ensure they stay where they are supposed to stay, and then broadcast title 5 sand over them. These pipes receive the liquids evenly from the distribution box. All six rows of Presby pipe are connected and vented through a charcoal filter to the outside for air flow. Backfill and regrade for lawn.
